SOHAM (School of Health Awareness & Meditation) is an organization setup to promote the vision and teachings of Soham John. Sri John is a yoga teacher with an experience of 25 years in the field of yoga and holistic therapies. Soham stands for the authentic yoga emphasizing its spiritual basis. In the modern time, though the yoga has become very popular, its quality and the true spirit have been spoiled. John turned to yoga and has become a dedicated follower, and later the teacher of yoga only because of deep felt experience and the benefits he gained in his own life. He was brought up in a different situation and his keen spirit of searching led him to the science of yoga. In yoga, he found his true spiritual vision encompassing all the teachings of other religions. It helped him to develop a strong foundation in life and gain better health and happiness in life. This motivated him to take yoga as a mission in his life.

About Founder Soham John.
Soham John is a world renowned yoga master having 25 years experience in Yoga teaching and holistic healing.
John turned to yoga and has become a dedicated follower and later the teacher of yoga only because of deep felt experience and the benefits he gained in his own life. Soham john is the founder and director of Soham Holistic Yoga School. John developed a unique yoga style called Soham Holistic Yoga which is a meditation- oriented yoga practice with more emphasis on awareness and relaxation. This style is very much suited to the modern times considering its therapeutic benefit along with the expansion of consciousness. Also composed a unique pattern of yogic stress management program called Well Being Workshop for Corporates.

Online Yoga Classes.
As the changed situation demands, I too started teaching online Yoga class though I was reluctant initially to transform the teaching to online. For me, yoga class is essentially an energy transformation with the guidance of the teacher. Online classes restrict that possibility, but to my surprise it is still possible to certain extend which I am convinced from my past few weeks classes.
So, let me too welcome you for online yoga classes on Zoom. Class schedule- Holistic Yoga group class. 6.30 AM to 7.30 AM (Indian standard time) 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM (Indian standard time) Monday to Thursday.
